True Religion Brand Jeans in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Director of Sourcing to lead global apparel sourcing, delivering cost savings while maintaining quality and speed-to-market. This role owns supplier negotiations, onboarding new vendors, and cross-functional calendar alignment across product development and production.

You will build a high-performing team, forecast costs, and partner with Design, Merchandising, Finance and Operations to align sourcing with growth plans.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Apparel Production, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain leadership.
• Proven experience in developing and executing global sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating supplier agreements and delivering cost savings.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, and sourcing management systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global sourcing strategy delivering measurable cost savings.
• Lead supplier negotiations and vendor optimization to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Diversify and strengthen the global vendor base for agility and resilience.
• Ensure on-time delivery through cross-functional calendar alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing operations including onboarding and KPI management.
• Own sourcing financial performance, including budgeting and reporting on savings.
• Build and lead a high-performing sourcing team.
• Partner with Product, Design, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and tools.
• Serve on the Supply Chain leadership team for enterprise planning.
