Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced demolition project leader for a landmark project in the Harrisburg area. You will oversee large-scale demolition work, emphasizing safety, schedules, and budgets to deliver successful project outcomes.

With 10+ years in demolition (including Nuclear) and a proven leadership record, you will liaise with stakeholders, manage teams, and drive efficient execution while upholding regulatory standards. Excellent benefits and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in the demolition industry including Nuclear.
• Experience with Heavy Commercial or industrial demolition projects.
• Experience with conventional machine demolition, selective building demolition, demolition by cutting using both work methods.
• Demolition utilizing cranes & rigging, implosion demolition and material processing/waste disposal of all types of demolition materials.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale demolition projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the demolition industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and navigate challenges efficiently.
• Proficient in using construction management software and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
