Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a seasoned professional to lead commercial building demolition estimating and project management from bidding through closeout in Woodinville, WA. The role offers ownership over multi-project execution and close collaboration with owners, GC partners, and field teams.

This on-site position requires 2+ years of relevant experience, a valid WA driver's license, and residence within commuting distance to the Puget Sound region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of building demolition estimating and project management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial building demolition, selective demolition, or related work.
• Experience in Puget Sound or Washington construction market.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with clients and field teams.
• Valid Washington State driver's license.
• Must live within commuting distance of Woodinville, WA.

Responsibilities

• Estimate demolition projects using plans, specs, site visits, bid documents, and requirements.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, pricing, schedules, and execution plans.
• Manage demolition projects from award through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and schedules.
• Track costs, progress, changes, and overall financial performance.
• Communicate effectively with general contractors, owners, consultants, and internal teams.
• Support safety planning and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Identify risks and keep work moving safely and efficiently.
