Job summary

Colliers is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning and execution of a national demolition and land management program. You will help develop scopes, budgets, and schedules across multiple sites, coordinating with engineers, environmental consultants, and regulators while monitoring safety and compliance.

The role includes bid support, permit tracking, subcontractor management, and daily reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction or real estate project management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/real estate PM.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to project sites, including remote locations.
• Ability to track timelines and dependencies and flag conflicts early.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track project scopes, budgets, and schedules for demolition and land management projects across multiple sites.
• Support bid processes for demolition and land management projects based on site scopes and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with permit applications and tracking; ensure compliance with laws.
• Coordinate with engineers, environmental consultants, and regulatory agencies for site assessments and permitting.
• Assist in soliciting, contracting, and managing subcontractors and vendors; monitor performance.
