We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of a national portfolio of demolition and land management projects. Our client is a large technology company for whom we manage several thousand acres across multiple geographical locations. This role supports program leadership in site readiness—including demolition, grading, utilities, infrastructure, permitting, and environmental compliance—and assists with tracking cost, schedule, risk, and quality across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, is comfortable operating in remote geographies, and is eager to grow within large-scale site development programs. This position will serve as an extension of our team, with primary responsibility for supporting the planning, management, and execution of demolition and land management projects safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
