Job summary

Colliers International in Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to support demolition and land management projects across a national portfolio. You will assist with planning, cost tracking, schedules, risk, and quality while coordinating with engineers, environmental consultants, and vendors.

This role requires up to 50% travel, a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate project management.
• Previous experience with a general contractor or demolition subcontractor strongly preferred, including demolition of commercial and residential projects.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track project scopes, budgets, and schedules for demolition and land management across multiple sites.
• Support bid processes for demolition and land management based on site scopes and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, environmental consultants, and regulatory agencies for site assessments and permitting.
• Assist with permit applications and tracking to ensure compliance with laws.
• Review contractor pay applications, schedules of values, and change orders; monitor performance.
• Prepare client-ready status reports and attend client/contractor meetings.
