Job summary

Colliers Facility Solutions seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of a national portfolio of demolition and land management projects. You will assist with bid processes, permitting, site safety, regulatory compliance, and project financials across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate project management, with ability to travel up to 50% and work in remote geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction or real estate project management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate project management.
• Experience with demolition projects or site development preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to project sites, including remote locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, management, and execution of demolition and land management projects.
• Support bid processes, permitting, and site safety/compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, environmental consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Track budgets, costs, schedules, risks, and quality across multiple sites.
• Review contractor pay applications and change orders while ensuring scope adherence.
• Prepare client-ready status reports and attend client/contractor meetings.
