What You Will Do :

• Responsible demolishing units per instructions from supervisor
• Cleans units and sites, when needed
• Loads and unloads materials and equipment.
• Builds and takes down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Carries materials to trash or dump trailers
• Digs trenches, compacts earth and backfills holes.
• Operates and tends machinery and heavy equipment.
• Assists skilled tradespeople in their duties.
• Carries duties related to opening and closing the site
• Maintains site clean and orderly meeting sanitation standards
• Works in safe manner utilizing standard industry standards
• Reads and interprets safety and employment manuals and other work-related documents
• Assists in an entire team effort
• Complies and follows all safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly facility
• Performs other duties as assigned
