Job summary

Dickens Quality Demolition in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead demolition crews on daily projects. You will manage crew schedules, enforce safety protocols, read blueprints, and ensure work is completed to spec.

Applicants must have foreman experience in demolition, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We offer weekly pay, full‑time work, ongoing training, and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Schedule crew members for assigned work.

• Complete daily paperwork.
• Read and comprehend blueprints and job packets.
• Proficient in understanding an asbestos survey.
• Attend required project meetings.
• Mentor crew members and assist as needed.

Job Requirements

• You MUST have experience as a Foreman in the demolition industry

• You will be required to lift 50lbs or more, work off ladders & other equipment
• Schedules vary. We work nights, days and weekends if necessary
• We expect our leadership to be in the work area with the crew members
