Job summary

Dickens Quality Demolition in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated Demolition Crew Member to join our day-to-day operations. You will safely demolish structures using hand and power tools and help keep sites organized.

This full-time position offers a monthly salary of $2,880–$3,040 before overtime, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a strong training program designed to build skills, leadership, and safety awareness from day one.

Job Requirements:

• Personal reliable transportation – You must have your own vehicle. Our jobs are not always near public transportation, and you need to be able to get to the jobsite yourself.
• MUST be dependable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a labor-intensive environment
• You will be required to frequently lift 50 lbs. or more, work off ladders & other equipment
• Must follow all safety guidelines
• Schedules vary. We work days, nights and weekends if necessary

Job Duties:

• Safely demolish structures using hand and power tools.
• Remove debris and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
• Operate basic equipment (training provided).
