Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in demolition or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual and detailed demolition estimates.

• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor, equipment, disposal, and subcontractor pricing.
• Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Attend job walks and pre-bid meetings.
• Work closely with Project Managers during project handoff.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners.
• Review contracts, drawing revisions, and project costs to support successful project execution.

$90,000–$150,000 annually + Performance Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Estimator who understands the construction industry, enjoys solving problems, builds strong relationships, and knows how to put together competitive, accurate bids.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $90,000–$150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
