Job summary

Composite Factory in Mooresville, NC seeks a Demold Lead for the 2nd shift to organize and supervise the Demold Department. You will support the Production Manager, roll out new parts, train technicians, and ensure a safe, efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

We value a strong team player with excellent communication, an eye for detail, and adherence to safety. Second shift hours are 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, with overtime as needed and a climate-controlled work setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure as part of a strong team.
• Positive can-do attitude contributing to a productive environment.
• Exemplary attendance and reliability.
• Follows safety policies and uses PPE.
• Reads and interprets operating/maintenance instructions and drawings.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident per ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager with organizing and maintaining Demold Department production.
• Roll out new parts to employees and train Demold Technicians.
• Supervise, provide feedback, and ensure safe, clean work space.
• Enforce procedures, report discrepancies, and maintain PPE compliance.
• Support cross‑functional workflow and meet tight deadlines.
• Participate in morning production meetings and continuous improvement.
• Open Autoclave safely and remove components for demolding.
• Memorize part names and customer associations for correct demolding.
