Responsibilities

• Oversee a team to certify tools are prepped and reconditioned to high quality standards.
• Supervise department schedule and daily requirements.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production to clarify priorities.
• Manage training and development of TP&R staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adapt to changes.
• Generate performance reviews and address personnel issues with HR.
