Job summary

Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies in the U.S. is seeking a thoughtful Associate for our democracy team. You will oversee project and program delivery, conduct thorough research, and craft clear written content to inform clients and partners.

Reporting to Senior Directors, you will collaborate with colleagues across Strategy, Philanthropic Management, and Research teams on short- and long-term initiatives to protect democratic norms and institutions in America.

Qualifications

• Experience in project and program management across multiple initiatives.
• Strong research and writing proficiency for policy and impact work.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, with ability to translate complex ideas into accessible content.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on the democracy portfolio from kickoff to delivery.
• Conduct research and write reports, briefs, and status updates for clients.
• Create communications content for short- and long-term initiatives.
• Support two ongoing democracy projects and collaborate with Strategy, Philanthropic Management, and Research teams.
