Job description

Associate Director, Democracy. Dēmos seeks an Associate Director of Democracy to help design and implement work across two of the Democracy portfolio’s core issue areas: money in politics and voting rights. The Associate Director will work under the supervision of the Director of Democracy and work closely with the other Associate Director of Democracy to help lead the Democracy team. In coordination with grassroots and movement building organizations, the Associate Director will provide research and policy analysis and strategic leadership that is centered on building power and increasing the democratic participation of Black and brown communities.
