Demos in New York is seeking an Associate Director of Democracy to design and implement work across money in politics and voting rights. You will work under the Director of Democracy and collaborate with the other Associate Director to guide the Democracy team.

In coordination with grassroots and movement-building organizations, this role provides research and policy analysis and strategic leadership focused on building power and expanding democratic participation for Black communities.
