Qualifications

• Deep passion for strengthening American democracy.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in strategy, evaluation and learning.
• Experience with democracy-related issues; knowledge of journalism, policy, or civic innovation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategy development with leadership and cross-team collaboration.
• Design and implement a comprehensive learning plan for the Public Square team.
• Support grantee learning and grantmaking tasks with technical capacity building.
