Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Demo Studio Lead to own the end-to-end demo experience for major events, webinars, and strategic programs. You will translate product positioning into clear narratives, build high-fidelity demo environments, and present live demonstrations to executive and technical audiences.

This role combines product thinking, technical fluency, storytelling, and systems design to deliver production-ready experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical product marketing and/or technical success roles.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design end-to-end workflows and experiences.
• Technically fluent and comfortable working with APIs, AI systems, data, and modern development tools.
• Experience building demos, prototypes, or customer-facing applications.
• Strong storytelling instincts and executive presence and ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demo experience across OpenAI-hosted summits, webinars, third-party events, and executive demonstrations.
• Translate product positioning and customer needs into compelling narratives and workflows.
• Build high-fidelity demo environments, working applications, and agent-driven workflows using OpenAI tools.
• Present live demonstrations to executive, technical, and industry audiences with adaptive storytelling.
• Lead technical and live-production readiness, including rehearsals, validation, troubleshooting, and recovery plans.
• Design cohesive experiences across keynotes, breakout sessions, demos, booths, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Events to align on truth, claims, and execution.
• Create reusable narratives, reference demos, presenter guidance, and assets for broader reuse.
• Prioritize requests based on audience value, product readiness, and team capacity.
