Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Demo Studio Lead to own the end-to-end demo experience for major events, webinars, and strategic programs. You will define the narrative, architect workflows, build high‑fidelity demo environments, and direct presenters using ChatGPT Work, Codex, approved data, and connected tools.

You’ll personally present live demonstrations to executive, technical, and industry audiences, ensuring flawless execution across mainstage, breakout sessions, booths, and recordings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical product marketing and/or technical success roles.
• Strong systems thinking and can design end-to-end workflows and experiences.
• Are technically fluent and comfortable working with APIs, AI systems, data, and modern development tools.
• Experience building demos, prototypes, or customer-facing applications.
• Strong storytelling instincts and can simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Are exceptional live presenters with executive presence, able to make complex technical work clear, credible, and compelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demo experience across events and webinars.
• Translate approved product positioning and audience needs into compelling narratives and customer workflows.
• Build high-fidelity demo environments, working applications, and agent-driven workflows using OpenAI tools.
• Present live demonstrations to executive, technical, and industry audiences, adapting the story in real time.
• Lead technical and live-production readiness, including rehearsals and troubleshooting.
• Design cohesive experiences across keynotes, booths, and attendee activations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on technical truth and execution.
• Create reusable narratives, reference demos, and presenter guidance.
