Job summary

TekDoors Inc. is seeking a confident, customer-focused Demo Specialist to showcase our Yoga CRM platform to yoga studios, wellness centers, teachers, and fitness businesses. You will highlight how the CRM handles members, schedules, payments, communications, and leads to improve relationships and growth.

You will conduct engaging product demonstrations, tailor messages to each prospect, and collaborate with the sales team to move prospects toward sign‑ups and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to present software to clients in a clear, engaging way.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Interest in fitness and wellness industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging personalized product demos of Yoga CRM for prospects.
• Understand prospect business models, challenges, and needs before each demo.
• Demonstrate CRM workflows for yoga businesses, including member management.
• Manage member registration and profiles.
• Handle leads and inquiries efficiently.
• Manage instructor/teacher records.
• Oversee memberships and packages.
• Process payments and subscriptions.
• Coordinate trial classes and conversions.
• Organize workshops and events.
• Facilitate customer communications and notifications.
