Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Community Outreach Program Manager to lead MCAN’s engagement across Tennessee, with a focus on rural and underserved populations. The role interacts with local health departments, Area Agencies on Aging, faith and community organizations, and the Alzheimer's Association to connect residents to the diagnostic pathway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public health, a health profession, instructional design, health administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience coordinating educational, training, or continuing-education programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Tennessee Dementia ECHO Program operations, including session scheduling and coordination.
• Recruit, enroll, and track learners across curricula; maintain attendance and CE records.
• Coordinate CME/CE accreditation and credit processing with Vanderbilt office.
• Support onboarding and trainer training for spoke sites and county Dementia Care Navigator training.
• Develop and maintain training materials, session guides, and learner communications.
