Right at Home Long Beach is hiring Caregivers and Home Health Aides to provide in-home care. Immediate part-time and full-time positions available, with opportunities to help clients stay in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Registered as a California Home Care Aide (HCA).
• Current TB test required.
• LiveScan fingerprinting clearance.
• CPR certification recommended.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and dishes.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide dementia care and companionship activities.
