One You Love Homecare of North, South, and West Houston is seeking compassionate caregivers to help older adults thrive at home. You will provide non-medical support, companionship, help with daily living activities, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and safety monitoring to promote independence and dignity in familiar surroundings.
Flexible scheduling includes days, evenings, weekends and overnights; prior caregiving experience is a plus.
Formación
- Prior caregiving or home care experience is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Responsabilidades
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
- Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
- Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Remind clients to take medications.
