Job summary

One You Love Homecare of North, South, and West Houston is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support to older adults, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, activities of daily living, and light housekeeping.

Applicants should have caregiving experience (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or home care experience is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required for client transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plans.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Accurately clock in/out and document tasks.
