Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will support residents with daily activities, promote social engagement, and ensure safety and well‑being with a compassionate, customer‑focused approach.

Ideal candidates are reliable, empathetic, team‑oriented, and committed to exceptional hospitality. CNA is not required but considered an asset; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living for assigned residents.
• Promote social interaction and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and report changes in resident condition to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Deliver hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
