Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will provide hands‑on care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain comfort, wellbeing, and safety for residents.

Experience as a caregiver (C.N.A. not required) is valued. We look for dependable, team‑oriented individuals who deliver hospitality, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting with every other weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a caregiver or relevant training.
• Able to use company-issued tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job tasks.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
• Post-offer screenings may include background check, drug screening, TB testing, per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
