Job summary

Memory Care Home Solutions is seeking a Respite Network Manager to grow and sustain a dementia-capable respite network across Missouri and Illinois. You will partner with respite providers, GUIDE participants, and MCHS programs to ensure accessible, high-quality caregiver support.

You will report to the Director of Programs, work across departments, and lead strategic outreach with health systems and aging networks. Travel within MO/IL and occasional evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare, aging services, or nonprofit coordination.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and manage multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with databases or electronic records.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel Missouri and Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate respite options for clients and GUIDE participants.
• Develop and expand a dementia-capable respite provider network in MO/IL.
• Maintain provider directories and referral workflows for timely access.
• Collaborate with Education Manager on provider training and education.
• Monitor network performance, caregiver utilization, and program quality.
• Engage advisory boards and community partners to inform program design and improvement.
