Job summary

Corbion is seeking a Manager of Demand Planning in Lenexa, KS, with responsibility for building a robust regional demand plan and coordinating with sales, marketing, and supply planning teams.

You will translate business plans into a consensus forecast, drive S&OP alignment, and support new product launches while leveraging advanced planning tools such as OMP and SAP. On-site 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in commercial demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across organization levels.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar planning tools; APICS CSCP/CDPP is a plus.
• On-site 3 days per week in Lenexa, KS.

Responsibilities

• Organize monthly demand review meetings with Sales, Marketing and Business Development to update market developments and forecast.
• Lead discussions with Sales to refine forecasts for a regional consensus forecast over 24 months.
• Represent region in global Demand review to support S&OP from a supply perspective.
• Support customer order prioritization during shortages in collaboration with Sales and supply planning.
• Ensure market priorities reflected in S&OP plans and coordinate with Product Management for launches.
• Develop monthly demand forecast using historical data, orders, and drivers; present risks and assumptions.
• Manage forecast models per item/warehouse to optimize statistical output and accuracy.
• Drive improvement of demand forecasting processes and customer collaboration programs.
