Job summary

Corbion is hiring a Demand Manager to lead regional demand planning for North America. You will translate sales plans, analyze data, and develop consensus forecasts to drive the supply plan and on-time, in-full product availability.

The role interfaces with regional sales, marketing, business development, and supply chain teams. 3 days on-site per week, with opportunities to enhance S&OP and IBP processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, business administration, sales management or related field.
• Experience in a commercial, demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management role.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning software such as OMP and SAP.
• APICS CSCP/CDPP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize monthly demand review meetings with Sales, Marketing and Business Development to gather updates and forecast impact.
• Lead discussions to refine the sales forecast for a 24-month horizon and improve forecast accuracy.
• Support the global IBP/S&OP process with regional input and allocation considerations.
• Develop and present monthly demand forecasts using statistical models and input data.
• Collaborate with Product Management to plan launches and phase-ins/outs in forecasts.
• Drive KPIs and continuous improvements in demand planning processes.
