Job summary

Festo Corporation is seeking a Regional Business Planner to lead demand planning and integrate short- and long-term forecasts across Sales, PMM, and HQ BU management. You will own KMAT planning, capacity evaluation, and the tDCA/RCCP processes to meet demand while minimizing costs.

Collaboration with procurement, inventory, and CUP2 projects is essential. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, S&OP expertise, and hands-on implementation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master's in business administration, economics or engineering.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years of relevant business experience.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP, Rapid Response Maestro or comparable).
• Expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Strong knowledge in procurement, production planning & scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of Sales and Order Management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Analysis for Office (AO).
• Implementation (Hands-On) skills.
• Motivational, inspirational and convincing skills.
• Change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP process, aligning Sales, PMMs and Supply Chain teams around a reliable forecast.
• Own and improve forecast accuracy and bias KPIs, with root-cause analysis.
• Lead regular demand review meetings and highlight risks and actions.
• Develop end-to-end demand planning cycle and update forecasts for promotions, launches and historical trends.
• Coordinate with global/regional planning hubs for integrated information flow.
• Provide forecast-related insights and reports to Management and other departments.
• Support cross-functional projects and change management initiatives.
• Act as central communication bridge between Procurement, HQ BU planning, production and customer-facing teams.
