Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty seeks a Category Manager to build and maintain Walmart US planograms and lead demand planning for domestic and international retail channels.

You will collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to curate the most inclusive assortment for Walmart and drive forecasting analytics across the supply chain. The role requires 2–5 years in demand or supply planning, strong Excel/SQL skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional processes in a fast-paced consumer goods

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Operations experience in a food, CPG, or cosmetics manufacturing company with >$50 million revenue.
• Cross-functional S&OP modeling and process leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional processes from limited maturity and driving outcomes.
• Experience building driver-based forecasts for large SKU mixes with complex lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing the demand planning strategy for domestic and international retail channels.
• Manage and communicate existing or potential business risk to service and working capital.
• Accountable for the maintaining metrics behind supply chain planning analytics (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, pareto of item/customer demand).
• Create and implement statistically driven forecasting methods.
• Process lead for establishing best practices with counterparts in sales, sales planning, and new product development.
