Job summary

PPG Industries, Inc. is seeking a Demand Manager, COE Americas, to lead demand planning and analytics for the Aerospace Materials business. The role coordinates across Sales, Commercial Excellence, Finance, and Operations to align forecasts with business plans and drive inventory and manufacturing strategies in the U.S.

and Canada. The position is onsite in multiple U.S. locations (Atlanta, Mojave, Dallas, or Shelby) and reports to the Supply Chain Manager, Americas COE.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and S&OP reviews across the Americas COE network.
• Translate demand outlook into actionable inputs for inventory, distribution, manufacturing, and financial planning.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain to align on forecast assumptions and business plans.
• Coach and develop the forecasting team and define forecast hierarchies and planning structures.
