PPG Industries is seeking a Demand Manager, COE Americas, to lead demand planning for the Aerospace Materials network. This onsite role coordinates across the U.S. and Canada to guide inventory, distribution, and manufacturing planning.

You will develop an 18–24 month forecast, lead the S&OP reviews, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align forecasts with business goals. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain, planning, or commercial sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading or coaching teams.
• APICS/ASCM certification, such as CPIM or CSCP.
• Travel up to 15%.

Mansioni

• Lead demand planning and business alignment across the network.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 18–24 month demand outlook using historical demand, forecasts, and market insights.
• Lead the S&OP Demand Review and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Translate demand outlook into inventory, distribution, and manufacturing plans; support financial forecasting.
• Partner with Finance to translate demand projections into revenue outlooks; support annual plans.
