Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a Demand Manager, COE Americas, to unite customer insights, analytics, and commercial intelligence to forecast demand. This onsite role covers U.S./Canada networks with reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Americas COE.

The position requires experience in demand planning, S&OP, and SAP IBP; travel up to 15%. A base salary of $115k–$155k plus up to 10% bonus accompanies a broad benefits package and strong career growth at PPG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in supply chain, planning, or commercial sales.
• 2+ years leading or coaching teams.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insight capability.
• Proficiency with Power BI and other analytics tools.
• ERP experience to support demand planning; QAD preferred.
• Experience implementing demand planning tools or forecasting systems.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.
• Travel up to 15%. Must be US citizen or eligible.
• Base salary range is $115,000 to $155,000 with up to 10% bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and align with the business across the network.
• Develop an 18–24 month demand outlook combining multiple data sources.
• Lead the S&OP Demand Review, align assumptions and communicate risks.
• Translate demand outlook into inventory, distribution, and manufacturing plans.
