Job Title: Demand Planning Manager

Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000

Summary:

Join a leading manufacturer as a Demand Planning Manager. In this role, you will lead a team, ensure accurate forecasts, and drive continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily demand planning operations.
• Allocate workload among demand planners for optimal accuracy.
• Maintain and update functional SOPs.
• Develop item-level forecasts for an 18-month rolling period.
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Improve forecast accuracy year-over-year.
• Lead Monthly S&OP meetings and other reviews.
• Work with supply planning to reduce costs and boost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in demand planning software.
