Job summary

Vast is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning in Long Beach, CA. This role leads the Demand Planning organization and defines strategies to translate engineering and program requirements into actionable material plans.

You will partner with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Program leadership to manage risks, drive KPIs, and scale planning capabilities across multiple programs. California location, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, material planning, production planning, or related function.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a complex manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Demand Planning organization, establishing scope and priorities.
• Define and own the Demand Planning and sparing strategy across programs.
• Own end-to-end demand planning framework translating requirements into planning signals.
