Rocket Lab seeks a Planning and Fulfillment Lead based onsite in Long Beach, CA. You will oversee demand, supply, and fulfillment in the MRP, maintain BOM/master data, and align demand with production schedules to drive timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (9+ years total).
• Proficient in ERP and MRP for material planning and management.
• Strong knowledge of BOM, master data, and planning release/fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand, supply, and fulfillment planning within the MRP system.
• Maintain BOM, parts, and master data in the ERP system.
• Update demand for ECOs and NPIs.
• Provide visibility into material positions with reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company goals.
• Monitor on-time delivery of purchased items; escalate delays.
