What’s special about this team:

As forecasting capabilities continue to evolve, the team is also exploring opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to improve planning accuracy and effectiveness.

How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:

The intern will support a key initiative focused on improving how the Demand Planning team analyzes and learns from new product forecasts. This project will involve building a centralized "data library" that captures historical insights, assumptions, business context, and lessons learned from previous forecasting efforts. The intern will partner with Demand Planning and Analytics teams to identify meaningful data trends, document findings, and help establish a repository that can support future forecasting improvements and AI-driven planning capabilities. Help organize and structure data inputs, identify business considerations that influence forecast performance, and recommend opportunities to improve how information is captured and utilized.

Example #3 - Business Insights & Continuous Improvement
