Job summary

Sunco Lighting Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to drive forecasting andInventory planning across our growing multi-channel business.

You will develop and maintain demand forecasts for e-commerce, Amazon, retail, wholesale, marketplace, and DTC channels, collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to align plans with business priorities. The role requires building forecast models, translating data into actionable recommendations, and supporting

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory planning across multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of forecast accuracy, lead times, safety stock, and replenishment.
• Experience with demand planning software, ERP systems, and Excel; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain demand forecasts across Amazon, e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and DTC channels.
• Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and market activity to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand and inventory strategies.
• Monitor inventory health and recommend replenishment actions to reduce stockouts and excess inventory.
• Track forecast accuracy and KPI metrics while driving process improvements in planning.
