Läderach (Schweiz) AG in Dallas, TX seeks a Demand Planner to develop accurate forecasts and optimize store orders across US/Canada retail operations. You will translate sales trends into item- and store-level forecasts, collaborating with regional leaders, Operations and Global Product and Demand teams to balance sell-through, service levels and margin.

The role builds and maintains AYR and seasonal demand forecasts, analyzes COGS and margin data, and supports replenishment planning, inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, supply chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning or related analytical/forecasting role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency with Power BI and other MS Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile data across formats/currencies.
• Solid analytical and mathematical skills with financial acumen.
• Experience with COGS and margin analysis; able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain item-level demand forecasts for seasonal and AYR replenishment.
• Partner with Global Product and Demand teams to monitor inventory, sell-through, and obsolescence risk.
• Reforecast in season based on sell-through and trends; present revised projections to partners and senior leadership.
• Analyze margin bridges to identify drivers of COGS variances (price, volume, mix).
• Support inventory reserve and write-off forecasting with Controlling.
