Krispy Kreme, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Demand Planner to drive the item-location demand plan, collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply planning, and forecast with precision to minimize waste and improve service. The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and data-driven decision making.

The candidate will develop multi-level forecasts, track KPIs, and translate assumptions into actionable plans that support growth and cost efficiency across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of demand planning experience.
• Proficient with demand planning systems such as Oracle DM Cloud, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain forecasts over a rolling 12-18 month planning horizon.
• Analyze historical shipment trends, consumption trends, and demand assumptions to refine forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to investigate forecast variances and refine models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to reflect current business assumptions.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate short- and long-range demand plans to customers and shop ops.
• Coordinate demand planning activities supporting growth, innovation, cost reduction, and waste reduction.
• Track forecast KPIs including bias, accuracy, waste, and cost; drive continuous improvement.
