Reporting Line

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will generate unconstrained demand plans and perform finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions in Instrument Transformers, Distribution Automation, and Indoor & Outdoor Products at Pinetops, NC, ensuring demand planning accuracy. You will measure, report, and drive improvements in Planning & Fulfillment functions. This on-site position in Pinetops, NC contributes to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in the U.S. Main responsibilities include:

1. Creating and maintaining 18-24 month rolling unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products.
2. Analyzing data related to demand planning.
3. Supporting sales with global demand guidance and consolidating the worldwide demand plan.
4. Monitoring SKU levels, recommending SKU rationalization, and integrating these into inventory planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 8+ years experience in ABB flow business, working as Master Data or Production Scheduler with SAP, with knowledge of ERP logic, Master Data, and production order management, especially in utility and industrial markets.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, SalesForce, Spine, and NON-ERP tools.
• Critical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Existing work authorization to work in the US for ABB.
