How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
Lead monthly S&OP demand meetings with sales and supply chain departments
Gathering updates from sales, category management, and marketing that will impact future demand and adjust forecast accordingly
Effectively communicate essential changes in demand trends using data driven methods to internal cross-functional partners
Analyze, and report monthly forecast accuracy KPI metrics and identify and implement solutions to improve performance
Responsible for the detailed accuracy of the sales forecast to the product/location level of detail.
Reviewing historical sales trends and model the data to forecast future demand
Closely monitor and review new and discontinued item forecasts
Maintaining and refining sales history and customer master data
Review and integrate customer events including new product launches, promotions, and replacement items correctly into forecasts
Own supply chain relationships with core customers for demand planning and forecasting activities; benchmark customer forecasts and partner with them on all demand related communication.
Complete weekly and monthly reports and alerts to correct forecast inaccuracies and achieve sales order fill rate targets and minimize the risk of aged inventory that has a shelf-life
You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications
2-4 years’ experience in forecasting or supply planning, food/beverage or consumer packaged goods industry preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, related field or equivalent work experience required.
Experience with Power BI, Excel Spreadsheets, and SAP software solutions
Proficient in data retrieval, database manipulation/organization, and root cause analysis
Skilled at time management and prioritization of tasks where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist.
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.

salary range: $60,135-$78,930
salary offers vary commensurate with skills, experience, education, and training
