What will you be doing?
The Demand Planner role will report to the Logistics and Operations Manager and will be responsible for demand forecasting and providing strategic insights to support business objectives. You will ensure the organization has accurate and reliable forecasts to drive informed decision-making across sales, finance, production planning, and inventory management.
Additionally, you will track key performance indicators related to demand forecasting, identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance data accuracy and overall efficiency

About You
To be successful in this newly created and evolving role, you will have proven experience in a product-focused demand planning environment and bring advanced analytical capabilities to interpret complex data sets.
Qualifications in data analytics, along with hands-on experience or exposure to tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Microsoft Excel, will be highly regarded. Proficiency in these platforms will support data-driven decision-making, enhance reporting capabilities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting accuracy and business performance.
We are looking for a highly committed and results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive process improvements.
Within our business we recognise and respect the need for flexible working arrangements, however due to the high touch team engagement nature of this role it will be predominantly based at our Aurora - Illinois facility with occasional working from home arrangements to be agreed when required.
This role may require occasional interstate and international travel to support collaboration with regional teams, attend strategic planning sessions, or participate in key business initiatives.
