What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Approve scheduling requests and provide alternative recommendations for offline activities and accommodations
- Analyze and report on scheduling and staffing trends to improve overall coverage and efficiency
- Offer process improvements to enhance quality and reduce manual tasks
- Maintain data integrity in Workforce Management systems, including updates and adjustments
- Escalate service level impacting challenges and participate in resolution strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in contact center or workforce administration
- Experience in verbal and written communication with various audiences
- Proven customer service skills meeting quality standards for internal and external customers
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive improvement
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Genesys workforce management system
- Prior experience in contact center scheduling
