Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division in Corinth, MS, is seeking a Demand & Order Analyst to oversee new sales orders and changes, coordinating with production and logistics to meet monthly goals.

You will audit orders, communicate timelines, and be the primary contact for customers, while collaborating with Sales, Production, Materials, and Logistics teams. Degree in related field preferred, with Excel/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, logistics, or related field.
• Experience in demand planning, order management, production planning, supply chain, or customer service.
• Experience reviewing customer orders, lead times, order changes, and delivery priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying key elements and communicating downstream for required actions.
• Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluating acceptance from material, production plan, technical and logistics perspectives.
• Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, timeline, order change, reschedules.
• Aligning customer orders with Sales production plan to achieve monthly goals.
• Primary contact with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities.
