Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management.
• Strong experience working with MRP systems and large SKU counts.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling, data manipulation, and forecasting.
• Deep understanding of inventory movement, controls, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in large, complex commercial or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans across thousands of SKUs.
• Align supply plans with Spectrum Business demand and commercial segments.
• Monitor material availability and proactively mitigate supply risks.
• Execute and manage MRP processes; maintain data integrity in Excel-based workflows.
• Drive cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy across locations and vendors.
• Partner with operations, finance, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and implement improvements in forecasting accuracy and planning workflows.
• Reduce reliance on manual Excel processes by evaluating and implementing tools.
