Qualifications

• Experience in developing, maintaining and optimizing a master production schedule (MPS).
• Ability to balance demand forecasts with inventory and capacity constraints.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Planning, Procurement and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling Master Production Schedule (MPS) for fiber optic cable and related products.
• Translate customer demand forecasts and sales orders into executable production schedules.
• Balance manufacturing capacity, labor availability, equipment constraints, and material supply.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans to changing priorities and challenges.
• Lead weekly production planning and scheduling meetings with cross-functional teams.
