Are you a Demand Generation Marketing Manager or B2B Marketing Strategist who has scaled inbound pipeline in a startup, supply chain software, or manufacturing software company? Are you a Marketing Generalist with a strong leaning toward Demand Generation Marketing that's led multichannel campaigns in SaaS built for manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain? Are you a Marketing Manager who is hungry to take real ownership of a marketing strategy and manage a marketing agency for execution? If you an experienced Demand Gen Marketer who is known as a data-driven builder and can turn strategy into pipeline, you may be a fit for this Demand Generation Marketing Manager opportunity with a fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS company transforming mid-market supply chain operations.

This fully remote SaaS company is on a mission to revolutionize how mid-market manufacturers and distributors manage supply chains. Grown organically, they scaled revenues to nearly $10M with minimal outbound sales efforts and now, backed by a top PE firm, they’re building and revving up the marketing and sales engine to hit ambitious growth targets. As THE Marketing leader, you’ll partner with a commercially savvy VP to build a scalable demand engine from the ground up. You’ll have the autonomy to own strategy, manage a $250–$300K budget in year one, and manage the marketing agency. Ideal for a startup-experienced marketing leader ready to drive growth in a high-trust, high-impact environment, this is a huge growth opportunity role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive demand generation, designing and executing integrated campaigns across email, paid ads, SEO, events, and more
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, starting at $250–$300K annually
  • Partner with sales leadership to refine ICPs and targeting strategy
  • Oversee and optimize the performance of external marketing agency partners
  • Define and track key KPIs: MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline, ROI
  • Experiment to identify high-performing channels and tactics
  • Build scalable playbooks and channel-specific ROI frameworks
  • Lead performance reporting and insights generation via HubSpot and other tools

What You'll Need:

  • Demand Generation experience in early-stage B2B SaaS and/or high-growth startups
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a bias for execution
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners
  • Hands-on with HubSpot and other MarTech tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ZoomInfo, Apollo)
  • Familiarity with pipeline metrics and attribution
  • Plus: Marketing agency experience
  • Very strongly preferred: Experience in supply chain, ERP, manufacturing, or distribution tech
