Job Title: Supply chain Manager with SAP IBP

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to support the planning organization at Microsoft, handling capacity planning, demand planning, and various aspects of supply chain planning. This includes collaborating with sourcing, logistics, and spares to ensure effective planning and addressing any related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to GPU Demand Planning
• Update the planning tool (50% of the time)
• Collaborate with partners (30% of the time)
• Participate in meetings (20% of the time)
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 5 years experience with SAP IBP
• Minimum 5 years experience with Power BI and Excel reporting
• Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft suite, proficient within PowerPoint
